 Ingredients
Whole or half ham (allow 1/2 lb. per person)
1 cqan (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
1/4 c. brown sugar (packed)
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions
Place ham fat side up on rack in open shallow roasting pan. The rack keeps the meat out of the drippings. It is not necessary to baste. Do not add water. Do not cover.

Roast meat in 325 degree oven. Roast to desired degree of doneness. Whole hams 10-14 pounds (meat thermometer 160 degrees) 18-20 minutes per pound. Half hams 5-7 pounds (meat thermometer 160 degrees) 22-25 minutes per pound. Whole fully cooked hams 10-15 pounds 15-18 minutes per pound. Half fully-cooked hams 5-7 pounds 18-24 minutes per pound.

Remove ham 30 minutes before it is done. Pour drippings from pan. Score fat surface of ham lightly, cutting uniform diamond shapes. A whole clove can be inserted in each. Pour on orange glaze (recipe follows); continue baking 30 minutes, basting as directed.

Orange Glaze:

Mix all ingredients. Pour half the glaze on ham. Baste ham occasionally with remaining glaze during the last 30 minutes of baking time.

Glaze makes enough for a 4-pound ham.
